+ Order Shipping Policy
We align with leading logistic service providers for shipping items in an attempt to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your orders. Delivery within India ideally requires 5-7 business days to arrive the destination (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends as determined by respective logistic partner). For international shipments, we do not promise an expected delivery time.
We do not offer any facility to receive deliveries (or send items) on a specific date or time which is preferred by the customer. Therefore, we do not accept any instruction related to preferred delivery (or order shipping) date or time from the customer. Processing time of each product has been mentioned in the product description and we are entitled to ship the item within the time specified in the product description as we are making each product only after getting the request from our customers , we would be requiring the time specified in the product description.
If you are not available at the place on the time of delivery , you can share us an alternative address to email@example.com before shipping the item from our studio.We will be shipping the items to the new address.
If for whatever reason the product does not reach you within 20 business days after the shipment, you will be entitled to a full refund and possibly some complements as an apology for our mistake (this is not applicable for international shipping).
Deliveries to countries other than India may take longer time. We do not commit any timeline for this. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery service provider company. Please note that customers outside India shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar local or international charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary product cost and shipping charges.
+ Order Cancellation Policy
You have all liberty to request for a cancellation and refund of your order if it has not already been sent for delivery to our logistics service provider. In such cases we will refund you the amount either full or partial depends upon the status of the order and the product you ordered.Products like Canvas frames, Art Prints,Mobile covers, Mugs and Mouse pads, we will not be able to give a full refund if we already started processing the order as we are making these products specifically for the customer after placing the order.For these products if you cancel the order after we start processing ,we are entitled to refund only a percentage of the product cost[This will be usually be 30 to 35% of the total product cost and the rest of the amount is the product making cost which we already did specifically for the customer ] For cancellations, you must notify us to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order details. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received. A refund may take up to 12 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
Once your order has been sent to our logistic service provider for delivery, then the product is considered as 'purchased'. In this case, we can't serve your request for cancellation and refund.
+ Order Return Policy (for delivered items)
A 'purchased' item can only be returned if and only if there's a valid return objective. We will gladly accept our unused products if with its original packing based on below conditions -
- You have received a damaged product (a product can be damaged during it's transit. We do ensure best possible quality controls, however in rare cases a damaged product might go unnoticed)
- Mismatched product delivered (in terms of style, color and / or size with reference to your order)
For returning an order, you must write us to email@example.com within 2 days of the receipt of your product with supporting photographs for your claim + description of defects. Also the item should retain it's original packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came along with the product.
As long as the case is deemed by us to be legitimate, we will revert you with our approval response to your email request. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with the company.
As soon as we receive returned items from you, we reserve our right to send you a replacement of items or a refund of the product price paid.
For international return, we will not bear logistic charges required for returning items. For international refunds, we will not reimburse your logistic charges paid during your purchase.
+ Order Return Policy (for undelivered items)
When an order is undelivered and returned back to us due to reasons that happened at our end, we reserve our rights to either resend your order or refund the full amount.
For reasons such as the recipient is out of station OR customer provided wrong contact details OR recipient is not reachable OR recipient didn't collect the shipment on a requested time period by the carrier OR recipient has refused to accept the order for some reasons - we'll cancel that order and will reimburse the amount with a deduction of INR 150. This amount includes the shipping charge required for returning back the order from destination to the origin + wasted package charge.
For Mobile phone cases,Mugs,Canvas Frames, Art Prints and Mouse pads we do not offer a return facility once purchased as they are being exclusively made only upon orders.
We are aligned with Ship Rocket for order shipping .Unposted Letters do not hold any responsibility on arranging a door step delivery as its completely up to the local shipping providers policy. On returning such orders we will apply order return policy as per undelivered items.
For international returns - we will not be responsible for any customs clearance or paying local duties enforced by the government or other agencies at the place of destination. This is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If the shipment has returned back to the origins for such reasons, we will cancel the order as soon as we receive the shipment back, and will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges + order processing fees (which is 25% of the total invoice value).
+ Choosing Wrong Variant by Mistake
For mobile phone cases, art prints and canvas frames - we prepare each item only upon costumer orders. Therefore, before you order for a particular variant (such as a specific art work or a specific phone model etc.) make sure you're choosing the desired one. Later, once we prepared the ordered items for you, we will not be able to change the variant upon your request. If in case you've ordered for a wrong variant by mistake, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org before we start working on it.
+ Our Responsibility on Requests
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received. A refund may take up to 12 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
We will not be responsible for any customer requests (i.e. cancellation request or return request or any other request) unless they are sent to email@example.com
Cancellation or refund requests which are raised through social media platforms or at the comments section of our web-store will not be considered as valid requests for processing.
+ Exceptional Cases
However, we are always open for considering exceptional cases, which are completely subjected to the discretion of our company.
