+ Cancellation Policy
You always have liberty to cancel an order anytime if it has not already been sent for delivery to our logistics service provider. Once the order has been sent to our logistic service provider, the product is considered as purchased. In this case, we will not be able to serve your request of cancellation. However, it can be returned if there's a valid return objective as mentioned as in our 'Return Policy'. We are always open to consider exceptional cases which are completely subjected to the discretion of our company.
+ Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 20 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
We will gladly accept our unused products along with its original packing based on below conditions -
You have received a damaged product (a product can be damaged during it's transit. We do ensure best possible quality controls, however in rare cases a damaged product might go unnoticed)
Mismatched product delivered (in terms of style, color and / or size with reference to your order)
For refunds, you must send a return request email to info@unpostedletters.in within 2 days of the receipt of your product with supporting photographs of the product plus description of defects. For a valid return request, the item should retain it's original packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came along with the product.
As long as the case is deemed by us to be legitimate, we will revert you with our approval email to your exchange request. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with our quality assurance team.
On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount. Our customer service team will then be guiding you for further procedures.
